- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.

Our handyman services are limited to the scope of the agreed project. We do not guarantee the future performance or lifespan of systems, appliances, or materials we repair or install.
Services do not include:
- Code compliance verification
- Invasive work (e.g., structural modifications unless specified in writing)
- Environmental hazard testing (e.g., asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
- Specialty work outside our scope (e.g., licensed electrical, HVAC, or plumbing requiring permits, unless specifically subcontracted and agreed upon)
4. Workmanship and Results
- We strive to deliver reliable and professional results.
- All services are provided "as is" and without warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
- It is the client’s responsibility to maintain their property and follow up with specialized contractors where necessary.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure our team has full access to the work area at the scheduled time.
- Remove or secure pets, furniture, or personal belongings that may interfere with the work.
- Disclose known issues or hazards that could pose a safety risk to our team.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- We are not responsible for hidden conditions, future failures, or damages outside the scope of work performed.
- Use of our website or services does not create a warranty, either express or implied.
